How hard is it to replace these items on a 94 Accord? I've never done it before, not sure what all is involved.

I think it's time to change mine. Car is 9yrs old, I bought it 2 yrs ago, who knows when it was done last.

Think a new cap/rotor could help my rough idling problem?

What tools are needed to do this?
