If I only had *one* hour, I'd just go for a joyride, in my won car, I think. No speeding tickets, no (moving) traffic...etc. Drive as fast as I want on (or off) any road. It might sound lame, but I think it would be a lot of fun, to do that just once without having to worry about getting in trouble for it.

BUT

If time was stopped for a lot longer...say quite a few hours, then yeah, honestly I think I'd steal some money, although I'd only take it from places that could recoup it very easily - like from cash register drawers at Target or Walmart. Those companies are HUGE...anything I could steal in a few hours, they could make back in probably only slightly more time than that. I might hit a bank, but I dunno...I'd be paranoid about leaving prints or something. And, I think when time was just about to start up, I'd steal people's clothes (preferably people I didn't like, if I could find them) and leave them in *very* amusing and embarrasing situations...nothing harmful, but it would be pretty damned funny to see people suddenly "wake up" naked in a crowd of people.
