I found 'em for close to the price you listed. But I wouldn't have a clue what ITR lower control arms are going for. I was thinking of going with ITR springs/OEM shocks (for now), ITR rear sway bar, and eventually (thinking early Spring 04) getting some lightweight Rota's and beefy tires.

Thoughts on that?
