I had done it on my 3rd gen Accord (LX-i to SE-i) and to be honest it wasn't worth all the trouble. To me it didnt feel to stop at all faster, but the crossed drilled rotors at all 4 corners looked pretty cool.

It maybe different for the 5th gens though, just telling you my experience.
