think about it though... if people know that they are in a matrix, and that they have the option to be freed, it's human nature that hte majority of them will want to be. the integrity of the matrix lies in the fact that nobody knows they are in a matrix... but if people start just dissapearing from it, as they are brought into the real world, the whole things gonna fall apart. and the people that do stay in the matrix, if they know it's a matrix, at some point should be able to "free their minds" and start jumping from building to building and doing other crazy shit like that... it just wouldn't work. :happysad:
But then the system would compensate for the loss of people automatically.
You have to remember there is no idea of how many people in the Matrix are "rats in a cage" and how many others are computer generated, because as the Oracle said, "The best programs are the ones you don't even know are running."
