60mm is like 2.36654 or close...

so id personally recommend a 2.5", with teh gasket in place and all you really cant be way off and really didnt go wrong..

we do and sell a lot of them for people with aftermarket systems and 2.5" seems to be the most requested and dont get any problems reported bout them not performing right
