Second highest mileage car recorded in the United States is a 94 Accord EX with 1,800,000 miles. Only repairs were a gasket, annual timing belt/water pump replacements, 5 radiators, first alternator replaced at 400,000 miles, ball joints at 600,000 miles and the usual brakes, tires, hoses, batteries, etc. The car still runs fine, and is currently on display in a showroom at Hendricks Honda.
