the problem is if you need to special order powder, which you may have to if you are picky. most shops have standard colors in stock, but when you want something like a gunmetal or steel gray you'll need to buy powder. depending on the brand there are different minimum buys. i think the cheapest was $25 for powder. also, the price for blasting is for taking the wheels myself to a shop. the guy said he could take it to the same place, but then charge me 20% more. honestly it was more trouble and time than it was worth.
