There is a bleeder screw on some honda's near the thermostat housing. Warm up your car and let it idle, the coolant overflow should be between the lines of low and full, fill your radiator to the top and then bleed it. When the bleeder screw stops bubbling air and is flowing coolant, top the radiator off.
