Noobs on this site shouldn't be rude. You shouldn't be rude period. Would you be rude to your mom? Then don't give smart-ass remarks.

As concearning the eBay shifter...many people have them in their cars and say it is better than stock. Some say that the shifter itself broke when shifting "too hard". Some say save and buy a $100 Skunk2 one (Dual Bend). Personally, I've heard too many stories of short shifters putting too much stress on the transmission's syncros and at the end...they failed. Needed new trannies. I wouldn't run one. If you want a shorter throw, I've heard swapping in a GSR shifter/shifter linkage is the way to go. Shorter throws without putting any damage to the tranny. My 2 cents.
