Well at 200k I'd have more then just engine concerns.
Have you looked into suspension bushings and the like?
*I'd fix that first
How about lines and all the hoses?
Is the rear developing Honda rust in the well?
**If yes don't spend another penny unless you love the car.
How worn is the interior: Brand new carpet and a good seat shampoo might be worth there weight in gold compared to a body kit.
Once you have invested in the suspension, interior, and body to get them back to like new shape, then I'd start looking at the engine and tranny, but not until the rest of the car is up to par.
