It will fit. But it does require modification of the lip or bumper to get it fastened right. You can see part of the thin trim line on the lower part of the 01-02 bumper after it's installed, it doesn't quite cover up the trim line, but it looks fine.

Another option is the Wings West W-type rear lip.
