I am getting my mom's old Civic. Its a 97 LX auto. So far all the cars that I've driven have been manuals so I cannot stand autos at all.

I am plannning on putting some mods on this car but first I really want to put a stick in there. I am an experienced mechanic and have converted autos to stick on older cars.

Does anyone have experience with this??
How hard would it be? Would the electronics be a total *****?
