i have earthlink for a dialer and use Internet Explorer. I just downloaded EARTHLINK TOTAL ACCESS for my internet. It includes a POP-UP BLOCKER, as well as an internet accelerator, which makes ur dial-up internet connection download like 50% faster. The only thing u risk is image detail, like jpegs. They dont show up with much detail. But it's worth it if any of you wanna give that a try.
