About the license...do you know how many time I've seen these 16 year olds when I was in HS doing peelouts and pulling the handbrake around corners in front of kids crossing the street and all this. Pisses me off soo much. They get their license then go speeding and doing gay ass shit with their rice burners. They should give a road test. At speed limit, little over the speed limit, through traffic, etc...
