I'm still not even sure if there was any actual law passed, because there are still places selling them. I have Phillips HID, and while it's awesome (and looks completely like OEM HID from afar, and if it looks OEM it won't attract cops' attention), OEM HID projectors would be way better. And so once again, I will now be spending more money to do what I should have done in the first place, and that is OEM HID retrofit. I'll be doing it along w/ a 98+ front end conversion. All I need is projectors and bulbs, and I will be able to use my current Phillips ballasts. :thumbup:

*edit* I have been pulled over 2 or 3 times since I've had the HID and the cops have never said anything about it... they did however on 2 occasions say that having Honda emblems is wrong. :madfawk:
