they just passed this law a few months ago. the reason they banned it is becuase it blinds other pussie....er people on the road. It is illegal to have it installed in your car. They are even pushing to have every manufacturer replace every HID unit with a standard Halogen unit, even the ones that were sold years ago. They are making a huge fus about it in courts. :fawk:
The law that passed a few months ago was to stop the sale of HID kits in the US. They are trying to pass other laws, but it is not going to happen. HID is a far better technology and illuminates the road better at night making night driving safer. The people that get blinded by HIDs either a) are just jealous they do not have them, or b) should not be driving at night.
