A guy I know over at another forum recently got TOTALLY ripped by a Mitsubishi Dealership for an Evo on ebay. Here is the thread he started.

Basically, he won an auction for an Evo 8 from dealership in his area, and when he contacted the dealership to make the deposit, they told him they already sold the car, but they never notified him before the auction ended. But man...that thread is 108 pages long...all in like 4 days!
