The aftermarket sways are supposed to have a significant difference. The CL-S sways have been said to show a difference as well. I am referring to the rear sway for the front one has little difference whether you change it or not.

Both the aftermarket and type-S upper strut bars have been reported by members to not have too much difference on the 6th gen accord. The rigidity of our frame up front is pretty strong stock.

And changing the sways isn't too hard, but for the front sway you'll need some more room to try to get it in. Unfortunately, it's pretty easy to strip the bolts on the endlinks (or damage certain tools) if you use the wrong tool or use it wrongly. From experience, ratcheting wrenches for this install makes life a whole lot easier.
