they just passed this law a few months ago. the reason they banned it is becuase it blinds other pussie....er people on the road. It is illegal to have it installed in your car. They are even pushing to have every manufacturer replace every HID unit with a standard Halogen unit, even the ones that were sold years ago. They are making a huge fus about it in courts. :fawk:
