doesnt it get louder, then quieter (shifting)...what your describing is that its a constand loud noise past 25 to 60...it should make noise if you are pressing on the gas hard and the only way the 60-65 thing makes sence is that you wernt pressing on the gas enough to make the car want to downshift...be a little more descriptive or somthing then maybe someone can figure it out
