Who said it's not going to be out until 2007 and it's only going to have 300 hp? For all we know Honda is working on making an IMA V6 ready for production so they left it out of the concept version.

Given the nature of assembly of the NSX, I think it could be brought to production well before 2007. It's produced in a small factory similar to the one that Ford built for the GT, and that car was brought from concept to production in about 18 months.
