Okay, well I never rub. But if I were to correct my camber back to spec, I may rub a bit, cause it'll cause the top of the tire to come outward. But I'd say go with 45, you don't really have any other options, and rubbing should be minimal even with camber correction to ensure tire life. Like 4cyllx said, you can trim the bumper tab, bolt head, etc to reduce or even eliminate rubbing. And most people that do rub with our cars only do with people in the backseat.
