pull the drum off, get a big hammer and hit the stud till it comes out the back of the hub. Then put your new stud through the back of the hub and put a couple washers around it where you are going to put on the nut, then put on the nut and tighten it down with an impact gun untill the new stud seats itself. take the nut back off then remove the smashed up washers and you'll be good to go.
this dude knows what he's talking about, but he forgot to tell you to make sure to use open end lug nuts.
