2. depends on if you have sport or race neuspeed springs, race are about 2.25-2.5 drop and sport are somewhere around 1.8 i do believe so if you have the race you'd be pushing it
3. i just installed some kyb agx's on my car it's super easy.....undoing 2-5 bolts on the front set and like 2-3 bolts on the rear set
This has been bothering me lately so get this right.
They're actually called a shock in a Double Wishbone suspension.
A strut is what a Macpherson strut suspension has. The basic difference with the strut is that it rotates as you steer the wheels.
There is a bearing in the strut mount which sits on the top of the strut. Also a Macpherson strut doesn't have a upper control arm.
A strut and shock have the same job, they're often called dampers. They dampen shocks that the springs absorb, hence the name damper.
From the looks of cars with neuspeed sports and neuspeed race, it seems they have similar drops. The neuspeed race probably sits lower but it's not that much of a difference from neuspeed sports.
