stock for stock a vtec engine is superior to a non vtec. but wen u get into full time racing, its a whole different ballgame. Im not saying a vtec engine cannot be a beast. This is for you nonvtec haters.

Theres always a different preference for each person. most people(obviously) like the vtec engine but some other people(the few) will choose a diffent method of attack. More torque and power rather than high reving.

No a nonvtec motor reving as high as a gsr motor will not go "boom" thats y we invented something called "tuning"
