Hey guys...this is a two part question...first can it be done and second how difficult/how do I do it?

The wipers in my STD do not have the "pulse" option on them...but...the wipers in my Si parts car do...is this a possible swap?

Second, is this a difficult swap? Are there a lot of electronics involved, would I be better off having a mechanic do this? if it is not a difficult swap...
Has anyone done it?
Can anyone tell me how?
