At that point, the can was about 99% propane by volume, a disaster waiting to happen. Hence my immediate reaction.
If it had gone off in his hand, we'd be talking about major burns, possibly lost fingers, definitely shrapnel in places it shouldn't be. :shocked: And with no way of getting him to Marin General Hospital....cuz the only car is [obviously] on jackstands and has most of its exhaust system removed.
