Maybe I understood you wrong, but the mini-me is a d series vtec head on a non-vtec d series engine. You have a vtec motor already, so swapping a y8 head instead of a z6 doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The y8 motor only puts out 2 more hp over the z6, so it doesn't seem that much difference even if you did do this. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm still a newbie
