Volk has developed different colored spokes that can be interchangeable and do not need the removal of the tire to do so.
I don't really see an advantage to 3 piece wheels, most of them are still pretty heavy, but they just look 10 million times better than 1-piece wheels. I just love the way a car looks with a nice, shiny polished lip. But of course I'm biased, so...
