Go with the WS, i have a Apexi A1 full cat back in my H22 96 ex coupe, and it sounds EXTREMELY loud and like trash. I have no cat as well, its just welded from the h22 downpipe to the Apexi Cat Back. Go with the WS it will be much quieter. It will be more of a sleeper than way anyway.
