The GS-R's intake cam is the same as the ITR's exhaust cam, so all you'd have to do is get better springs and retainers, move your intake cam to the exhuast side, and put in an ITR intake cam... bam, ITR cam profiles...

And get a Hondata or a VAFC if you want to change your VTEC engagement
