no no no, maybe you miss read my story, at first I WAS NOT BUYING TO CIGS, my friend was buying them for me, aprently sence we walked in at the same time, not even conversing with each other the clerk ASSUMED that we were part of the same party and would not sell them to HIM because I, who could have been a stranger did not ahve an ID. And apon my return as I said he mocked my intentions on buying cigs by taking time looking at the dates and calling someone to see if my ID was ok to be used. My ID is BRAND NEW it has a slight curve in it as Im sure other's do from being in one's pocket. And even if my friend and I were part of teh same "party" and I was underaged and my friend bought the cigs and we left and gave one to me, how can the store be held responsable for that?
