The FM kit is just shocks, springs and sways.

You can gain a lot of handling balance by getting some kind of adjustable right height capability and having the car corner weighted.

I suggest the GC/Koni setup because it's known to be good, ain't too pricey and works with the FM rear shock mounts. I like the FM package dealies, so if you wanna think about it in terms of them then get a stage 3 suspension pack but substitute GCs for the FM springs. (The FM pack has KYB AGX shocks)
The FM rear mounts add like a whole inch of suspension travel back to lowered cars which I'm pretty sure the mounts included with things like Teins, etc don't do. Also depending on the diameter of the springs and the diameter of the shock shaft they may or may not work with the FM rear mounts.

If you couldn't tell, I'm of the opinion that the FM rear mounts are essential. :;
yeah i was gonna go with teh stage 3 full suspension kit, but maybe i'll try the ground controls later when i want a stiffer spring rate
