For one thing you spelled it wrong. For another, Nguyen isn't a Japanese name. But I know what you mean...I think.
My take just to keep things on track:
Japanese Domestic Market = Made in Japan
FOR Japan. A lot of people are forgetting the "Domestic Market" part of it. Not that it matters but I think it's worth pointing out.
