i need to replace all my bushings cause they are cracked
should i get a polyurethane bushing kit or get oem?

and how hard is it to do
cause i need to replace my left lower control arm
and this mech at work was like we need to send it out to get the bushings put in it
he was saying something about squeezing them and it's almost impossible to do (with the urethane ones)

so i figured the bushings on the sway bar would be hard too


any help/suggestion would be great, pics too:thumbup:
