Start the car, with the enviroment temp thing on cold, let it warm up for 30-60 seconds, just to get everything moving and kinda warm, dont push the trottle past 10-15% for the first few minutes of driving, and dont turn on your heat till the temp gauge at least STARTS to register...

Dont punch it for a few minutes after the water temp has come up, cuz just becasue your water is up to temp, doesnt mean your oil is..

This is all just my opion and its what i do with mine...its starting to get cold :*( o well, my car likes suckin in the cold air thats for sure
