You need a conversion harness to convert your OBD2b factory wiring harness to fit an OBD1 ECU.

Conversion Harness - about $150
ECU - prices vary depending upon where you go...but $200 tops should be about right.

Is it worth the time and money? So far I have not needed it. My buddy with the OBD2 - OBD1 conversion with the GSR swap in his Civic is running real rich and noone can fix it. To me it is not worth it...to others it may be.
