Ok. Let x equal the number of days. Using that, and the current mileage and mileage per day you can establish equations for the future mileage.

You: y = 86000 + 60x
Him: y = 72600 + 125x

Since you want to know when he'll catch you, set the equations equal to each other, and solve for x. When you do this, you end up with 13400 = 65x....divide both sides by 65, and you get x = 206.15 days.
