I dunno man, so many people I know with FDs have popped the motor or dropped thousands of dollars into the things. Granted I love em, but what makes you think it'll be any cheaper to insure than an RX-8? It has a turbo, less airbags, and is a 2 seater.

Are you sure that the hit you'll take in getting rid of the RX-8 is going to be less than whatever you pay in higher insurance?
