Fixed mine by ordering a Fuel Sending Unit from the accordstore.com .
Its a very common problem with Accords.

Mine would jump all over and go to E and stay, even on a full tank.
Ordering the part and replacing it myself fixed it.

Your low fuel light might not work either and that could be a problem if your not around a gas station.
Some just go by the amount of milage they get on a full tank.
But who knows if you'll get the same milage every fillup.

Easy fix.......
