So i went to the local acura dealer today to have my tranny flushed and they were haveing a free oil change promotion so i went ahead and got that too (2 1/2 hours later). well when i got my car back as i was parting ways the tech commented that he would see me in 7.5k miles for my next oil change. i found this kinda wierd because i always do mine at 3k anyways he explained that with the nippon oil filter and the special blen mobil 1 5w-30 they used i could wait for 7.5k is this true for 3rd gen tegs?
