RS and LS vins starts with jh4dc4
type r and gsr vins starts with jh4dc2
and yes 31 signifies its a itr.
but for quick reference
dc2 sunrrof=gsr
dc2 non sunroof=itr
dc4sunroof=ls
dc4 non sunroof=rs
