Sorry man. Your thinking of whole different motor. Since you have a 2002. The AV6 motor your thinking of has 200hp at FLYWHEEL. Meaning thats not too the wheels. As in that I mean when you floor it your only getting like 150hp. The motor your thinking of is the New 2003 AV6 motor that has 240hp. Swapping that into your car would not even be worth it. So much money involved and since the motor just came out it probably cost a bitch load just for that.

Also. The new AV6 motor that is labeled at 240hp at the flywheel with no weight. With the car's body and you in the seat it only makes 190hp to the wheels. AEM V2 does not add 18hp. I would be suprised if it added more then 5 but they claim a lot with that. So with the intake and exhaust you would only be at like 200 if you can gain that much. So not to bust your bubble or anything bro. Just letting you know how the weight to power thing works.
