of course it can, especially since u said money isnt a problem, but why, ur gonna go have to spend $4000-5000, maybe even a little more for that engine and that doesnt include getting it installed. Many people wouldnt have done this swap, so the shop may make mistakes, your gonna be without ur car for a while, etc. With that kinda of money, u could get the H22, build the bottom end and add a turbo for the same price, and i think that would allow u to have more of that fun factor ur talking about.
