Um, I dont know I taught myself how to remove my cluster and break it down. I had an old cluster from a wrecked accord and used it .



You will have to look for the screws to remove the dash trim so that you can get to the cluster. Then follow these steps.

***Note Ihave a 4th gen but should be the same process***

On each side of the cluster ther will be screws holding it in. 4 total.

Unplug all wire harness, be sure to check the back of the cluster.

Gently slide and work cluster out of dash. (this may take a little twisting and turning)

The CLEAR cover should be snaped into place. Push in onthe tabs holding it on and gently remove the cover.


remove the needles. the nedels are easy to remove but you have to be easy. they just pop off if you do it easy. dont go tryingto rip them off or they WILL break. then your fawked.

There will be littel tiny screws holdng the guadge face to the cluster. CAREFULY remove the screwas and the face.

Replace with new face and reverse to put back together.
