I guess I made it sound worst than it actually is. To me, the problem with an SE phone is that places where you would only get one bar of reception with a Nokia, you would get no reception with the SE phone. Plus it fluctuates too much.
It's like the SE phone doesn't bother to hold onto the reception unless it's at least two bars.
But like the beav said, the less things obstructing the antenna, the better.
