Welcome to the board.

It's an easy DIY job. I bought the two filters at Honda for $16 each or so. Took me 30 minutes or so.

As far as the brake fluid, it should be replaced/flushed every 45K miles, so I'd do it. Another DIY job, just get a friend to man the brake pedal to make it easier.

If you plan on doing a few things yourself, I'd really recomend getting a service manual from www.helminc.com About $70 and it'll pay for itself the first couple jobs you do.
