i know their customer service and website sucks very very bad. my gf tried to speak to a real live representative and she keeps on getting cut off while she's waiting and the website for checking ur account never works
the network is pretty good. suppose to have faster data transfer speed. as far as i can tell, not sure how the battery life is. i know verizon T720 has really bad battery life due to the verizon network
i personally like GSM cuz i always switch phones
