That's what I originally thought, but forged pistons are denser so they expand more when they get hot. For this reason you have to run looser clearences, so until your pistons heat up they scratch the cylinder walls, significantly reducing engine life. That's also why they are noisier until they heat up. RLZ estimated at about 30K miles I would be burning oil.
